Indoor Air Handlers and Fan Coils

The Indoor Air Handling (IAH) units include belt driven fans designed for air conditioning and/or heating buildings or specified spaces. They are developed to meet commercial applications such as schools, medical facilities, and office buildings.

Overview

  • Model VRF

    The Vertical Room Fan (VRF) model has been designed with superior quality and comes standard with premium features that make is ideal for room-mounted installations. The unit is a quiet, energy-efficient means of providing the proper mix of outside and return air for the occupied space. Standard features of the VRF are listed below.

    * One inch double wall construction - provides superior IAQ
    * Forward-curved outside air blower and backward-inclined primary blower
    * ECM motors on both blowers for variable speed and energy efficiency
    * Hinged front access panel to filters, coils, and controls
    * Hinged control enclosure with motor starter, disconnect, overloads, transformers, speed controllers, and terminal strip - all factory mounted and wired
    * Heating options include electric preheat and reheat, hot water coils also available
    * Chilled water coils are available for both primary and outside air, control valves will be prepiped at the factory and stubbed out the top of the unit
    * Insulated stainless steel drain pan
    * Filters are two inch, 30% Merv 8 for both outside and return air.


  • Model VSH

    Greenheck’s new Model VSH Vertical Stack High-Rise Fan Coil unit provides space heating and cooling for hotels, dorms, condominiums, and other multistory buildings where a small footprint and quiet operation are required. Available in six sizes with performance capabilities up to 1,300 cfm. Unique features are listed below.


    • Concealed or exposed

    • Front access panel to coils, drain pan, filter, fan assembly and control enclosure

    • 2-or 4-pipe water coils and electric heaters with optional silent contactors

    • Removable stainless steel drain pan with closed-cell antimicrobial fiber-free insulation

  • Model HFC

    The Horizontal Fan Coil (HFC) is a low cost, dual wall constructed blower coil unit. Performance capabilities range from 330 to 5,000 cfm and up to 3.3 in. wg. The HFC is available in six belt drive sizes and four direct drive sizes

    The Low-Profile Fan Coil (LFC) is a forward curved low cost, dual wall constructed blower coil unit. Performance capabilities range from 300 to 4,700 cfm and up to 3.5 in. wg. The LFC is available in eight compact sizes. Unique features are listed below.

  • Model MSCF

    The Modular Small Cabinet Fan Forward Curved (MSCF-FC) and Modular Small Cabinet Fan Backward Inclined (MSCF-BI) are low-profile, dual wall, modular constructed, essentially a custom mini air handler.
