Commercial Control Dampers

Models are available in 3V, extruded airfoil, fabricated airfoil, and round blade designs. Galvanized, aluminum, 304 stainless steel, or severe environment 316 stainless steel construction. Variety of electric two position, modulating, and pneumatic actuators.

Overview

  • Model IAQ: Airflow Measuring Damper

Typically used in buildings to meet the minimum outdoor air requirements of ASHRAE Standard 62 and California Title 24 by providing accurate monitoring and control of outside air. IAQ-42 meets IECC (International Energy Conservation Code) requirements with a leakage rating of 3 cfm (5 m3/hr) per sq. foot at 1 in. wg (248 Pa) or less.

  • Model ICD: Thermally Broken, Insulated Blade, Low Leakage

Typically used to achieve additional protection where thermal conductivity is a concern. This model is available with a thermally broken frame for extreme cold applications.

  • Model VCD: 3-V Blade Type

Typically used in low to medium pressure and velocity systems. Fabricated blades are reinforced with 3 longitudinal structurally designed vee's. Available with blade and jamb seals for low leakage applications.

  • Model VCD: Airfoil Blade Type, Low Leakage

Typically used in medium to high pressure and velocity systems. Airfoil blade with structural reinforcement through the entire length. All of these models include blade and jamb seals for low air leakage.

  • Model VCDR: Round Blade Type

Typically used in low to medium pressure, and velocity systems. Available with blade and jamb seals for low leakage applications.
