New Live Calendar Scheduling Tool for Campus Visits

Beginning April 4th, scheduling your visit to our Greenheck Schofield campus will be easier than ever!

Your My Account page now has a live calendar showing available dates for customer visits.

My Account>Training, Education & Visits>Customer Visits

Once you and your customers have dates in mind for a visit, you can simply click into the calendar and fill out preliminary visit information to reserve your spot. Once reserved, we will reach out to you via email to finalize your visit.

The available visits shown in the calendar are Monday arrivals with Wednesday departures or Wednesday arrivals with Friday departures. If you have a visit that needs a different arrival and departure day or have any questions about the new customer visit scheduling calendar, please contact Ammy Parker at customervisit@greenheck.com or phone 715-355-2275.

Please remember, your visit is not officially scheduled until you receive a confirmation from the Bernard A. Greenheck Education Center staff. We look forward to seeing you and your customers in Schofield!
