The Indoor Air Quality VOC control senses the level of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in a space and automatically adjusts the ventilation rate to the space by increasing or decreasing the speed of the fan based on the level of VOCs present. Up to 10,000 unique VOCs exist and Greenheck's VOC sensor can detect all of them. Recommended for applications experiencing intermittent human traffic including bathrooms, classrooms, cafeterias, or other spaces where quality of air is a concern.

Adjustments for air quality setpoint, minimum and maximum fan speed
Fan speed and VOC level are available as analog outputs to be read by a building automation system or secondary device.
